To list a property, Hosts must create an account on the Site and provide accurate information about the property, including videos and other required details. You must update your account information regularly to maintain accuracy.
Hosts must submit a video tour of their property for verification. Our team will review the video and may require additional documentation or an in-person inspection to verify the property. Only properties that meet our verification standards will be listed on the Site.
Once your property is verified, you can list it on the Site. You agree to provide detailed and accurate descriptions, including amenities, prices, availability, and cancellation policies. You are responsible for keeping this information up-to-date.
As a Host, you have the option to partner with Perfectstaycations.com to promote and manage your property listings. This partnership may include additional promotional services or support for handling bookings and customer service inquiries.
Perfectstaycations.com charges a service fee for bookings made through the platform, which is deducted from the amount collected from the Guest. You agree to the service fee rate as specified in your Host agreement. Payment for bookings will be made to you after the Guest completes their stay, minus the service fee.
You are responsible for setting the availability and pricing for your property. We recommend regularly updating your availability to avoid booking conflicts. By listing your property, you agree to honor the price and availability displayed at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Guest.
Hosts are required to set a clear cancellation policy. If a Guest cancels a booking, you are required to follow the terms specified in your policy. Perfectstaycations.com may assist in resolving any issues related to cancellations but is not responsible for any losses incurred.
Hosts agree to maintain the property in good condition and to provide a safe, clean environment for Guests. You are responsible for ensuring the property meets the legal requirements of your area (e.g., safety, insurance).
You agree to indemnify and hold Perfectstaycations.com harmless from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from your property listing, interactions with Guests, or violation of these Terms.
Perfectstaycations.com reserves the right to remove a property listing at any time if it violates these Terms or is deemed to be fraudulent, misleading, or unsafe. You may terminate your listing by following the account settings on the Site.
